We are able to help you with all kinds of vacations, whether it be a cruise, land based vacation, all inclusive, guided vacation, have a group you need help with, or just want to travel alone, we are here to help. Pam Winterstein
Franchise Owner/Vacation SpecialistI have been in the travel business for 15 years. Prior to the travel business I was in management in the banking industry. I have an extensive customer service background. So far I have been on 19 cruises, and plan on taking many more! I have also travelled to many places in Europe, and love planning European vacations. I love to travel, which is what got me started in this career. My father worked for Eastern Airlines, so we travelled frequently as children. I still remember the feeling of excitement I would get as we would arrive to the airport. We even used to go to the airport just to watch the airplanes takeoff and land. I started this journey with Cruises Inc., which is affiliated with World Travel Holdings just like Dream Vacations. By doing this, I feel it gave me the knowledge and experience I needed in order to feel confident enough to become a franchise owner. I hope to continue to help many more clients make their travel dreams come true.

Senior Independent Cruise SpecialistI fell in love with travelling when I was 14 years old and had the opportunity to be an exchange student in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and I have enjoyed travelling ever since. Fast forward a few (okay, several) years (and trips) later … I took my first cruise in October, 2004, onboard Royal Caribbean’s Voyager of the Seas. I was in awe and hooked from the moment I stepped onboard the ship – what an experience! In fall of 2005 I took another cruise. I was so hooked that in 2006 and 2007 I took a spring and a fall cruise. No turning back, the addiction was real. By 2008 I decided that I’d like to help others with planning and booking their cruise vacations, so I decided to become a “cruise specialist”. I took a week of vacation time from the day job, went to Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and attended a very intensive, week-long training session with Cruises Inc., a sister company to Dream Vacations, and I became a certified cruise specialist for Cruises, Inc. I still enjoy helping people plan cruise vacations, and I still enjoy going on cruises a couple times a year. I have known Pam for a several years, we have covered for each other when we travelled. My transition to join Dream Vacations, Pam Winterstein and Associates, is a natural progression of my passion for cruises and travel in general. I’m excited to be part of Pam’s team. I still work a full-time day job, but I am in my “cruise” office evenings and Saturdays, and I’m ready to help plan your dream cruise vacation. Please let me know how I can help!

I’m an experienced traveler. I grew up spending time in the Smoky and Blue Ridge Mountains, Savannah, and Charleston. I’m proud of my English & Scotch-Irish Heritage and I take every opportunity I can to visit the UK & Ireland to learn more about the area. I’ve also had the opportunity to live in Sicily and to travel throughout many parts of Europe. I thrive on the excitement of arriving at the airport, breathing in the air of new places, talking to locals, and immersing myself in the history and culture of new places. Whether you decide to travel by land or sea, domestically or internationally, traveling with a group or alone, I’ll share my tips, tricks, & cultural knowledge to help make your vacation an absolute dream. Marta Moellendick
Vacation SpecialistMarta Moellendick attended Virginia Tech and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management in 1995 and was immediately commissioned as a 2ndLt in the United States Marine Corps. Marta has served in numerous roles as a Marine Corps officer during her 21 years of service, to include as an Adjutant, a Series Commander supervising drill instructors and training new recruits, a Manpower Officer, supporting Global Force Management activities for the Joint force, and finally as an Assistant Chief of Staff, G-1 (Manpower and Personnel). She’s served on 2 Marine Expeditionary Units that executed combat operations in Iraq and humanitarian support for the 2004 tsunami in the Indian Ocean, and a deployment to Iraq with 3d Marine Aircraft Wing. .Marta retired from the Marine Corps in 2016 after a 2-year tour in Bahrain and a Joint tour in the Joint Staff J1. Upon retirement, Marta began her federal civilian career as the Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff,G-1 at the Marine headquarters in Germany where she served for over 5 years. She returned to the United States in 2022 to then return to Germany in 2024. Marta loves to travel and has been traveling since she was 10 years old with her first overseas trip to Japan and looks forward to helping you with your travel needs to give you an amazing experience!
